Mediterranean hot and cold salad

So, ok its a cough cough little late, but here is a salad I promised!
Four medium carrots
One third pound Mozzarella
Three large onions
Two heads leaf lettuce
Grape seed oil
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Dried Basil
Himalayan pink salt
Dried parsley

  Rep, not slice, your lettuce and place in a bowl along with all spices, salt, two teaspoons of Balsamic, one table spoon of Grape seed oil. Crate the carrots and add to bowl. Toss what is inside the bowl. Slice the Mozzarella in long strips and place on top of the salad. Place in refrigirator. Chop the three large onions and caramelize them in a frying pan with around two tablespoons of olive oil for around four minutes on high, stirring regularly. Add to the top of the salad, and leave to sit for about two minutes to melt the cheese, toss and serve!
